I’m Alexia! I have been dancing since the age of 2 and I have been competing since the age of 8. During my time at Dance Essence as a student I trained in Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop and Acro. I have had always had a love for art, music and dance through my lifetime and can’t wait to share that with all my students. I’m looking forward to all the connections and memories I will make this year!

When I am not at the studio I am working as a Loss Prevention Agent with Winners, Homesense and Marshall’s. This is one of my other passions in life other than the arts, helping minimize theft, keeping others safe and working closely with the London/St. Thomas police. I will be using my drive for this career as well in my classes to motivate my students and bring a positive attitude to every class I teach!
